Updated a multi-county street centerline file using existing emergency dispatch and Sacramento Area County of Government street centerline data that was used with a new emergency vehicle routing software GST Mobile.
- Created original Master Street Centerline data for emergency dispatch and on-board mobile routing using GST Mobile.
- Updated the Street Master Centerline data.
- Developed written documentation of protocols and methods.
- Created Tutorial documentation for on-going data maintenance of street centerline data.
- Created Training material (ArcGIS Data and documentation). I also produced an MP4 web training demo for El Dorado Fire and other regional emergency service staff.
- Created a working GIS forum framework for on-going multi-jurisdictional GIS cooperation.

Developed Python Script to process several million records of temperature and precipitation using Kriging methods over all Califorina zipcodes. The data derived from this model was used in a spatial model for conducting West Nile Virus research.
